I’m currently doing very little HR, but am the controller for multiple construction companies. I work very closely with our office manager on HR related tasks. I have more experience in HR than she does, so it’s a nice collaboration. I’m really good with numbers, always have been. It’s not exciting, but I’m good at what I do. I also teach financial literacy to high school students as a volunteer, which I really enjoy. It’s amazing how little teenagers know about handling money.

Yup. Great. Same like me i basically b profession a finance person and controlling sales accounting section. Wish i could teach at any college or school not accounting but HR. Bcz in HR training and development is my passion. Just searching a chance. Working in a chemical fertilizer company.
